JJP Emerging as First Choice of Youth in Haryana: OP Sihag

Panchkula, April 8 (Ishan Samvad).Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) Panchkula District President OP Sihag has stated that the party is rapidly emerging as the first choice of youth across Haryana.

He said that JJP is the only party in the state consistently raising issues related to youth and students. Highlighting demographics, Sihag noted that more than 50% of Haryana’s population consists of youth aged between 18 and 40, making them a decisive force in shaping the state’s future.

He emphasized that former Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala (36) and JJP State Youth President Digvijay Singh Chautala (33) understand youth concerns better than other leaders due to their age and close engagement with ground realities.

Sihag credited Dushyant Chautala for introducing the 75% reservation in private jobs for Haryana youth during his tenure as Deputy CM. He also praised Digvijay Singh Chautala for actively engaging with students through Yuva Yoddha conferences and university-level interactions, addressing their issues and demands.

Raising concerns, Sihag said Haryana currently faces one of the highest unemployment rates in India, with educated youth struggling for jobs. He alleged that the state government has failed to generate adequate employment opportunities and often overlooks local candidates.

He also pointed out the absence of student union elections in universities and colleges, which has left students without proper representation.

Sihag concluded by stating that only JJP leaders are seriously addressing youth issues, which is why the party continues to gain trust and popularity among young voters.

He added, “The future belongs to the party that stands with the youth.”
